Joseph Emet has studied Yang style T’ai Chi with Master Lee Shiu Pak, and has been appointed a teacher in his tradition.

“T’ai Chi moves need to become ingrained in the body, and automatic. Yet, this does not mean that the observing mind is off the hook. For me, doing the form is also a way to bring body and mind together—it is a way to practice mindfulness in motion.
